Q1: How many units fit in a carton, and how many cartons fit on a pallet? 

A: Both figures depend on the nesting height of the box body—a specification determined during the molding process. Therefore, we provide specific packing plans rather than general estimates. Please provide your warehouse's pallet height limits and maximum allowable carton weight; we will then return a plan detailing the units per carton, cartons per pallet, and total container load.

Q2: Are CPLA meal boxes prone to leaking when holding oily dishes? 

A: The rim features a spill-resistant design, making them suitable for holding oily meals for short periods; however, we do not recommend storing foods with high oil or broth content for extended periods.

Q3: What is the shipping cost per box? 

A: Deeper boxes nest fewer units per carton, resulting in fewer cartons per pallet and fewer pallets per container. Consequently, two specifications with the same unit price may have different landed costs. Please provide your destination port and annual usage volume, and we will include both specifications in a container-loading comparison for you.

Q4: Will the printed logo ink come off when exposed to hot food? 

A: Our 750ml CPLA disposable meal boxes use ink specifically formulated for CPLA material, and we conduct heat-resistance testing during the sampling phase. We do not recommend printing on large areas near the rim of the box.

Q5: Can we print our logo on the boxes or have them manufactured in different depths? 

A: Yes, both are possible. OEM and ODM projects begin with your samples or drawings. Printing costs are quoted based on the number of colors, customization takes approximately 30 days, and mold costs are borne by the buyer. Please finalize the fill volume and filling temperature first; modifying the mold depth after it has been created would effectively mean paying for the same work twice.
