In addition to the existing CPLA cup LIDS, PLA cups/LIDS and other series of common products, we also offer customization services. Before customization, we will communicate with the customer about all the details of the customized product to ensure that both parties reach an agreement on the customization requirements. After the communication was completed, the sampling process began. The completed samples will be sent to the customer for confirmation as soon as possible. If the customer finds any problems during the sample review process, we will modify and improve the sample again based on the customer's feedback. Only after the customer confirms that there are no errors will we start mass production. During the production process, QC will strictly control the product quality: the inspection of raw materials, the first inspection during the production process, the patrol inspection, the final inspection, and the final inspection before leaving the factory. Every step strictly adheres to the production quality requirements. After the customer receives the product, we will still maintain a responsible attitude and proactively contact the customer at the first time to ask about their experience of using the product and whether they have encountered any problems. Once customers report quality issues with the products, we will actively organize relevant personnel to seek appropriate solutions. If, after all kinds of efforts, the problem still cannot be solved, within the prescribed validity period, we offer return and exchange services to maximize the protection of customers' rights and interests, allowing customers to choose our products and services with peace of mind and confidence.
