A: It uses a modified CPLA formula; it is durable enough for normal opening and closing during a single use. However, as it is a disposable item, we do not recommend repeatedly flexing the flip-top.

Q2: Is this lid compatible with all 90mm-diameter cups on the market?

A: It is designed for standard 90mm PLA cold-drink cups. Since cup molds vary by manufacturer, we recommend testing the fit with samples before placing a bulk order.

Q3: What precautions should be taken when storing and stacking the 90mm lid compared to the 80mm version?

A: Due to the larger diameter, the quantity per carton is lower than that of the 80mm lid. Do not stack them too high; excessive weight can cause the lids to warp or deform.

Q4: Will liquid leak from the gap if the cup is shaken vigorously after the flip-top is closed?

A: It is splash-proof against the bumps and jostling typical of food delivery. However, vigorous shaking may still cause leakage, so we advise against shaking the cup violently when it contains liquid.

Q5: Can this lid be printed in multiple colors? Can the printing be placed on the flip-top itself?

A: Multi-color printing is supported. Printing on the flip-top is also possible; we will confirm the design placement during the prototyping stage to ensure it does not interfere with the opening and closing mechanism.

Q6: Will it fit the cups we are currently sourcing?

A: This product is designed for a 90mm cup rim. Please send us a sample cup or a technical drawing of the rim, and we will verify the fit before you go into production.
